Worst experience of my career.
Pros - Nice offices and friendly support staff
Cons - Worst experience of my career to date and I consider myself a robust/resilient person. Egotistical partners who lack the ability to forward plan for resources and take it out on their staff. Uninspiring work. Disgruntled staff. Take a course on leadership and people management.

Pros - Competitive salary, pleasant office location
Cons - Poor leadership, HR management and performance review processes, toxic culture.

Pros - Super friendly associates and support staff
Cons - Some Partners & Legal Directors were very nasty and hostile.

Addleshaw Goddard would not recommend!
Pros - Good environment, Excellent offices, Good benefits (Healthcare, Gym, Pension)
Cons - Bullying is rife within the IT department with a finger pointing mentality.
Minimal collaboration across teams with a focus on single "heroes" to deliver tasks or fix issues who are then continually publicly lauded.

Addleshaw Goddard slightly toxic atmosphere
Pros - Good IT system. Nice office and location. Some people were nice
Cons - TST paralegal role had high turnover. Lack of trust amongst colleagues. Poor management. Favoritism. Long working hours for no recognition. Work not allocated fairly. Staff complained all the time because they were unhappy.

Pros - Decent money, partners are pretty approachable
Cons - Long hours, money doesn’t make up for it, standard mid market issues.

Treat your staff with respect.
Pros - Flexible working Salaries are on par Opportunities are available
Cons - Very Risk adverse. Segregation between Legal Tech and IT - they need to work together not apart. The firms needs to allow IT devise a technical strategy that underpins the capabilities of the firm, not Partners controlling.
